Next, he got to be a purple people eater at a local retirement center.
We passed out candy and waved.

Finally, we got to go trick-or-treating. 
At first, Hampton wasn't too sure about the whole trick-or-treating thing, but once he figured out that knocking on the door meant smiling faces, lots of attention and something in his jack-o-lantern...he was all over it. He and Caleb and Hailey (our 5th grade neighbor) had lots of fun. Hailey asked early in the week if she could trick-or-treat with Hampton and then her mom came over on halloween to tell us that Hailey was really wanting to go with Hampton. Of course, we were excited for her to go with us. Caleb was really cute, but wanted to eat all of his candy as soon as he got it. Jamie and Cory had to take it away immediately. By the end of the block, he was having melt downs b/c he wanted his candy so badly. H had no clue what it was. He was just excited to have something in his bag. Fun memories!!!

It was great seeing you guys lastnight! I have missed all of you. Hampton really could not be any more adorable. Rick and I are still talking about how cute and sweet he is! We were both very impressed by his good manners!! Love you guys!!
His costume is so cute. I'm glad to see pictures of him treak-or-treating. It is so much fun to see him learn things for the first time! Thanks for sharing.
He is so cute. I love that he is all boy. Thanks for coming last night to the program. The girls loved seeing Hampton. That costume is hilarious. Ya'll have a beautiful family.
